Breakfast and workout today

Breakfast:
Whole Rolled Oats with Fresh Blueberries, ground flax, chia seeds and organic raisins with a small shake (Kefir, frozen mangos, chia seeds, flax, protein powder).
Workout:
I did upper body (very heavy and intense). Then 20 minutes of stairs and a 1 mile run with all I had left!
Now time with the kids!!!
