This is my kid's favorite!
4 ripe bananas
3/4 whole wheat flour
1/2 cup other whole grain flour-I used oat or more whole wheat
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
2 large egg whites
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Olive oil spray for pan
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray pan.
2. Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Mash bananas in seperate bowl and combine all wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and mix until barely blended.
4. Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
