Tonight's dinner will be Spinach lasagne!
1 container of cottage cheese
20 ounces of frozen spinach
6 eggs whites
1/2 container of parmesean cheese
Mix all the above together.
Then layer pasta sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture and sprinkles of mozzarella until you have reached the top. End with sauce and sprinkle with parmesean. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
I will also fix a large salad to go with dinner!!
Dessert is Blueberry Cobbler:
2/3 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Mix together the above in a seperate bowl.
Then
2/3 cups of milk
1 tblsp vanilla
3 tblsp agave syrup
Mix wet ingredients then add to dry.
Pour into an 8 inch dish and top with 2 cups of blueberries. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
