- 50 walking lunges
- 50 reverse walking lunges
- 50 step ups
- 50 side walking squats (25 on each side)
- 50 double tap lunges
- 50 reverse lunges
- Then went outside and did walking lunges up and down driveway....
- 20 minutes of HITT cardio on bike (30 seconds on (all out sprint) and 30 seconds off (slower pedal)
