Today's Leg Workout

10 minute warm up
  • 50 walking lunges
  • 50 reverse walking lunges
  • 50 step ups
  • 50 side walking squats (25 on each side)
  • 50 double tap lunges
  • 50 reverse lunges
  • Then went outside and did walking lunges up and down driveway....
  • 20 minutes of HITT cardio on bike (30 seconds on (all out sprint) and 30 seconds off (slower pedal)
