1. Sauteed Tilapia in skillet with olive oil, lemon juice and dill.
2. Sauteed Zucchini and red peppers in olive oil with Braggs seasoning.
Also made whole wheat couscous.
Last but not least, a fresh spinach salad, with toasted slivered almonds (brown in skillet), fresh mango's, strawberries, blackberries, dates and dried cranberries. Salad dressing was pomegranite balsalmic vinegar and sprinkle of olive oil.
Enjoy!

wow! what bragg's seasoning--is it a dry seasoning or a bottle/dressing type? nice photo!
when did you grocery shop for these fresh veggies? over the weekend? where did you get the fish?
Bragg's seasoning is a dry seasoning called Sprinkle. You can get at WF.
After church on Sunday we went WF and I bought veggies and fish. I have been reading more research that says if you cannot consume your veggies within 2 to 3 days...it would be better to use frozen. Because by the time you are eating them 1/2 of the nutrients are gone.
