4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
pinches of sea salt and pepper
Combine in bowl and whisk together. You can save any extra in the fridge for about a week in an airtight container.

served this last nite. yum! and, nate loved it. we had chicken salad with toasted nuts and this dressing and he couldnt say he loved it enough. requested i serve it when friends come over this weekend. kids however did not like it... it doesnt compare to their ranch or dorothy lynch. really need to come up with an alternative to that one :)i know as they change their tastebuds and get older, they too will love this!
I am working on a ranch dressing for you. I think if I use Kefir or Greek yogurt for the base we can come up with something that tastes very close. I have been reading some recipes. I am thrilled to hear that Nate enjoyed the dressing! Look at you having chicken salad with toasted nuts:) I am impressed!!
