Sugar

Did you know the average american consumes 80 pounds of sugar per year?

*There are 13 tablespoons of sugar in one donut.
*One soda per day increases your risk of diabetes by 85%
*90% of all diabetes could be cured/controlled by diet and exercise
*Sugar is hidden in everything (ketchup, salad dressings, bread etc.)

Over the next few days be mindful of all the sugar you are consuming.

It will make a difference in how you feel, look and your long term health.
