Workout of the day-upper body

No rest in between unless you absolutely have to.....
30 lat pull downs
60 push ups on toes
60 squat clean and press
60 DB Rows (30 on each side)
60 more push ups on knees
60 touch and press (30 each side)
30 lat pull downs
20 minutes of HITT cardio

Less than 1 hour!!
