I started this blog to help others die to the things that are keeping them from truly living. I talk about everything from taking every thought captive to making healthy choices when eating. 5 small steps that will make a big difference

Here are a few steps that you can start doing today to make a big difference!!

  1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.  Sip on the water this is more hydrating than just drinking a huge glass at once.
  2. Eat at least one large salad a day with lots of greens and veggies.
  3. Do your 25 pushups!
  4. Start doing 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week (try some of the interval workouts in previous posts)
  5. Take time to pray and read your Bible each day
