No time for cooking tonight...so we had a very healthy dinner in less than 10 minutes.
Here is what we had....
Veggie Wraps
100% Whole Grain Tortillas
Hummus
Red Peppers
Spinach
Salsa
Raisins
Organic Cheese
Herbs (pick your favorite: dill, thyme...or any you like)
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped broccoli
I put everything inside the large tortillas and wrapped it.
Served it with fresh berries.
I made dinner in less than 10 minutes and we ate on paper plates:)
